We could implement aide_gettext, which works with static linking. It would
be nice to have report format which can can be localised while
reading/rendering the report. I think this could be (easily) implemented
by writing report id and (printf) parameters to backend.
This way it should be easier to make filters which are activated when
reading the report. It should allow easy conversion to what ever format
the report is wanted (with localisation).
