There's definitely not more than 16 connections happening in the test
suite. No more than 3 at once, I think.

I've seen intermittent failures with Pg during those tests, and it seems
to often have to do with existing connections not being closed quickly
enough, causing all sorts of weirdness.
I'd suggest ignoring it ;) I doubt it indicates a problem with Alzabo's
core code, just a fragility of the (ridiculously complex) test suite.
