Hi Steve,
Thanks - I neglected to mention (it's written in the pertinant code
inside though) that the comma is used in some European countries, I've
_specifically_ allowed only the dot and comma plus numerals and space,
everything else is deleted from the My Range input field.
For those European versions of Audacity which use a comma instead of a
dot, code allows for the comma. I know of no Nyquist/XLISP way of
determining the language preference of the user and hence preferred
decimal usage - perhaps Roger or Leland know? And how to tie this together
with Nyquist being aware of which language is used in Audacity?
So you could enter,, without errors:
I'd like 250 pounds of bananas with 387 kilos of Roman raspberries!
which would result in the valid user range
250 387
Thanks again
David
