Can mumer linkage be added with Bambus2. The documentation indicates this
can be done but refers back to the original Bambus instructions which seems
quite a bit different. Also can extra linkage information be included
using the goBambus2 pipeline. We are working with Velvet assemblies and
would be starting with the AFG file.
