I commited the fix for temporary file generation 10.8.2002
unification of code in functions tempfilename() and tempfile():
function tempnam() is defined in Visual Studio 6.0 and .NET).
So I assume that you are not using the latest version of SDCC.
You can download the latest files directly from CVS.
If you allready have the latest version an the defect is still
there, please let me know, so I'll try to fix it once more :-(.

Subject: [Sdcc-user] SDCC and winXP
I have got problem with SDCC & WinXP.
On Win XP I run sdcc as 'user' no 'administrator'!
Every compilated program (via sdcc) raport:
~ permision error while writing: \co1212. on disk C:\
I don't have permission to write on location c:\ - its normal.
But why sdcc (i thing sdcpp) write on this location?
On Win95 it work but on location c:\ i can see many files,
like a rest of compiling process (it look like sdcpp product)
Mayby i must set some enviroment variable?
I only use path=...; c:\sdcc\bin
PS. Sorry for my English
