I've been tinkering with this recently.
The info in the image_resize file is now out of date.
The ImageMagick installer now carries PerlMagick binaries, so as long as you
install IM *after* Perl and check the PM box, it will sort everything out
Can this be updated? Or I send in an updated copy? Or what ? :)

That command runs for a while, so you would expect 'no response'. To run
that command, you will need both perl and imagemagic installed. Figured it
was too big and not used enough by everyone to include in the compiled mh
To install perl, see doc/install.pl, to install imagemagic see the header of
bin/imsage_resize. To debug easier, run bin/image_resize.bat from the
