How can I make this configure file works without run automake, please note
that I have the last opensnmp version, I have all files from CVS directory,

That's a really odd error. First off, don't run automake. You should
use the configure script that comes with the package, as it's *not*
intended for use by automake. If you try that and still get the same
error, let us know.
