Ok, I smashed out all the bugs I could find in the repository.
It seemed to work fine from a fresh install. If you already have
sgstep packages installed I don't know if it will work. you may want
to remove them first.
a apt-get remove sgstep-gnustep-make should get rid of everything
apt-get install sgstep-meta-user
apt-get install sgstep-meta-developer
if you want to try out some games do a
apt-get install sgstep-meta-games
Note, I had a problem with Connect.app (PPP app). it always crashed
If you want to try it out and see if it works for you do a
apt-get install sgstep-connect
and, using GWorkspace, go into the /Applications/Utilities directory
(using the icon viewer) and see if it crashes
It doesn't seem to crash unless you set GWorkspace to view using icons,
so it is probably a problem with Connect.app's icon file
to get rid of it do a
apt-get remove sgstep-connect
Lot's of nice apps are in /Applications/Utilities, notable
Terminal.app, so if Connect.app gives you problems just get rid of it.
