Initial Comment:
In user.action, if I put a space after an action keyword, but before the curly braces that enclose explanatory text, a "Fatal error" message box appears, and when I OK this message box, Privoxy vanishes from the system tray.  Sometimes the message box is hidden behind another window and appears when I right-click the Privoxy icon in the systray.  

Example user.action lines:  
{+block {This is a fatal error.}}
{+block{This 'block' action is handled normally by Privoxy.}}

Vista Home Premium SP2
Firefox 3.6.8
McAfee SecurityCenter Firewall is on.
No other proxy is being used with Privoxy.

Thanks for the report.

White-space between action name and parameters isn't valid syntax.

Improving the behavior in case of syntax errors is already on the TODO
list, but in the meantime the "Fatal error" message isn't a bug but the
intended behavior.

The item in question is:
22) Verify action files properly (Including arguments) and
    act accordingly (should probably intercept all requests
    with a "Invalid option foo detected" CGI page).

Duplicate Tracker item - it may have been an issue in the Tracker
application that caused this to be submitted.  I had the "Add new" form
open in one Web browser; then, when I did a Tracker filter operation in
another Web browser, this Tracker item was generated with the same info as
the previous Tracker issue that I had added.
