Summary: Inksacpe will not launch on my system
Initial Comment:
I just downloaded version 0.45.1 and when I try to launch it, X11 appears in the menu bar and Dock and Inkscape icon appears in both also. When the dialog box about font caches being loaded appears, I click "OK" and then the Inkscape icon dissappeared in the menu and dock but the X11 remained and Inkscape never launched after that.
Here is the crash report:

This looks similar to the bug I reported on Saturday. Have you installed
any fonts recently? I removed and replaced a font (Adler.ttf) and used the
current build from the repository. One or the other might have worked.

This is strange: libXinerama is present on my system at the location where
Inkscape searches it. Which version of X11 do you have (open X11 and go to
X11 > About X11)? Maybe your version is from Panther. Did you upgrade your
system from Panther to Tiger or installed Tiger on a blank system?
