Summary: bbox doesn't include stroke markers
Initial Comment:
When you make a tiles from an object which includes
stroke markers, the bounding box for the tile doesn't
include the arrows or other stroke markers on the
stroke for that object. So, they sometimes get cut
off. Example attached.

works ok on ubuntu breezy with
Inkscape 0.43+devel, built Apr 10 2006
using a 4 pixel stroke and tail midmarkers (which I though
are pretty hairy and so could get iffy) on a star.
Perhaps its a specific marker or shape?

In fact this is not limited to tile. A stroke bbox just
needs to include markers, period.
