Summary: Save and upload directories per user

Good day,
Is it possible to add support to the save and upload
directory configuration items so that they can include
the username as a directory. That way on a server with
many diferent people accessing diferent databases, no
one can import somone elses backup, and if they want to
backup their data, it goes to a directory that they can
only access and not everyone else?
