In the first instance I would suggest changing those relative paths for
$basedir to absolute paths - it has been my experience that the current
working directory for programs running under the CGI with IIS is not
always what you think it is and that using a relative path will give
rise to inconsistent results. Unfortunately I am not going to have the
opportunity to test this until next week but I figure if you put:
c:/inetpub/wwwroot/dinosweb/webboard
for your $basedir. In the meantime I will try and set the sucker up on
a windows machine to test it.
