Summary: transformation dialog scaling tab percent unit
Initial Comment:
When i open the transformation dialog
(shift+ctrl+M), on the scaling tab is a selector
with one unit percent (%).
I think the unit percent is and will be the only unit.
It should not be selectabel.
Im using Incscape 0.42

I disagree. It would be useful to be able to scale selection
(or any object within selection separately) _to_ or _by_
some absolute value, in addition to percent scaling.
