Summary: buddy list: scrolling clears window in the process
Initial Comment:
When I scroll using the arrow keys in the buddy list,
the buddies disappear and reappear when I release the
key, this is a different behavior than a normal
treeview where scrolling doesn't clear the treeview in
the process
