Summary: Incorporate Jirka's HTML Help how-to
Initial Comment:
Currently, the "HTML Help" section of the "Other output
formats" chapter contains a link to the "Using the XSL
stylesheets to generate HTML Help" chapter of the
DocBook XSL stylesheets doc distro.
I would like to suggest instead that the "Using the XSL
stylesheets to generate HTML Help" chapter should be
incorporated into the DocBook XSL: The Complete Guide
(with Jirka's permission, of course). After it is, we
can remove the content of that chapter from the doc
distro (along with the other outdated docs) and just
include a link back to DocBook XSL: The Complete Guide.

I completed the HTML Help section and Jirka kindly reviewed
it for me.

For what it's worth, the main context for me filing
this report initially was just that I think that Bob's
book (and the fact that the HTML version if freely
available online) obviates the need for how-to
documentation in the XSL distro itself.
See the related proposal I filed earlier:
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1069162&group_id=21935&atid=381743
I will send a note to the docbook-dev list so that we
can discuss that proposal there.

Well, this is a little awkward. I'm going to turn down your
kind offer because I have already written a new expanded
section on HTML Help. Since I wrote the second edition I
have worked with it quite a bit, so I felt I knew enough to
say something useful. I would greatly appreciate if you would
review it for accuracy, of course.

I of course I agree. I was thinking for a long time about
upgrading this document and making it more how-to like with
some screenshots also.
If Bob will agree (it is his book) I can try to put something
much better together.
