Summary: HTML Tables: More parameters
Initial Comment:
Having the html.cellpadding and html.cellspacing as
parameters is great!
It would be WONDERFUL if we could have an html.align
and an html.valign parameter for tables as well.

Yes, the purpose would be to set global values for all tables,
and still allow local overrides. Having global values would
allow me to set defaults (top and left, for example), without
having to override all table templates.

The DocBook table markup accepts align and valign attributes
on table entry elements, and valign on table row elements.
The purpose of these parameters would be to set global
values for all tables, which could be overridden by local
values in the tables?
