Silvercreek test 4.25.2.4 fails. Ran suite as a user
with authPriv security.
Test Details:
4.25.2.4 The purpose of this test is to verify that
the agent increments the co
rrect counter when decryption is performed with the
wrong key.
This test sends an authPriv message with the
msgPrivacyParameters encoded with a
value that is not an 8-octet OCTET STRING.
The expected outcome is for the agent to drop the
message, increment snmpInPkts a
nd usmStatsDecryptionErrors and return a REPORT with
the new value of usmStatsDec
ryptionErrors.
