refbase - Web Reference Database

Hello,

I tried to import my lists of  publications  from HAL to the new 
laboratory's refbase.
HAL is French open archives    http://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/ .
Any exportation formats from HAL : BibTex, EndNote, XML,  text ... isn't 
recognise by refbase.

Do any one allready had this problem before ?
