Anti-Spam SMTP Proxy Server

To clarify that recipient adress was one of hundrets in Cc or Bcc ...
So more verbose rejection message or maybe droping (omiting) that
adress is needed (if in Ccc or Bcc not in To), or maybe even pass to
mta and let it reject with bounce?
