The console port and USB connectors share a hub so the short answer is
no. There are a few ways to acheive what you are trying to do though:
1. Use a separate expansion board (such as Tobi) to debug the
application with the USB device connected.
2. Mount your Overo on a different expansion board with USB host and
plug RoboVero into that board. This will give you console access to
the Overo and the Overo will control the USB hub.
