Tiki Wiki CMS Groupware

Just fyi,
The meeting yesterday was a success.  I thank Marc for presenting the
details regarding Cartograf.  What a cool project.  I hope as well to see
Trackers work toward a more refined system in the future with all these new
tools able to access it's features to enhance productivity.  Also, as was
mentioned v9 of Tiki is just around the corner, we set the date to Saturday
the 23rd after we get a few fixes committed, with Jean-Marc to let us know
of that front. Tiki 9 has no doubt been a long journey.  We have combined
our efforts like never before to create the next version of this unified
project.  We have overcome much since the last long term support version,
6.  To signal the eminent release of 9 I am locked the externals in lib to
ensure stability.  We look forward to its release and thanks everyone for
your hard work!
