After the normal mapping I added some clouds in the Stellarium planets
and some related parameters to the ssystem.ini

The velocity and animation speed are parameters as well so you can
make the clouds move faster or slower...
The new parameters in ssystem.ini are:
cloud_color = a Vec3f that contains the cloud color value
cloud_density = how dense clouds will we have (float)
cloud_scale = float that shows how "big" clouds will be
cloud_sharpness = float that shows how sharply the clouds will "disappear"
cloud_vel = a Vec3f where cloud_vel and cloud_vel contain the
velocity of the changes in the u and v coordinates of the procedural
texture I use to generate the clouds and the cloud_vel is the
