You are running a Nokia 3310 in the GSM900 band. We do that all of
the time with no problems, at least no registration/camping
problems. In your case though, the phone is not even attempting to
register. That may not mean anything, tough, since the long is only
40 seconds long and the first registration may take longer than
that. The logs look normal, though, other than the lack of handset
What country are you operating in? What is normal cellular coverage
like at your site? From what carriers? What SIM are you using? Is
Asterisk running? Does the handset show service with a normal carrier?
* You might get better results using MCC=001 and MNC=01.
* If you still have the SAW filter installed on your board, you might
try ARFCN 975, since that downlink frequency actually falls inside
the US ISM-900 band and should pass through the filter.
* Be sure the RX900 cards are well-seated on the daughter card.
Are you saying that you see no output on the spectrum analyzer?
