IMHO this external-member bug was the most serious one in the first cedet-beta (at least of these reported fro me ;-)...because it has prevented a lot of source-code to be parsed...all other bugs i found and reported are at maximum annoying but not really preventing cedet from being used...
Or with other words: With fixed external members i can use cedet beta very well and productive...so i think you are on a very good way, Congratulations!
Ok, an API how to use the result of a semanticdb-find-tag... function would be good for application developers... ;-)
