in all modesty, but if you want to have a native GUI for windows, you
should get LTk:

Please download the latest version at:
http://ltk.rplay.net/svn/trunk/ltk/ltk.lisp
which will be officially released very soon. On Windows, you might
additionally
have to install Tcl/Tk, for example from here:
http://www.activestate.com/activetcl
