Hello,
During the previous months some students at our university worked on a few
additional features for the submission procedure in DSpace 1.2:
- a pick list for author names based on the already submitted author names
- a pick list for keywords based on the already submitted keywords
- a helpscreen for formatting the citation field (for the types: article,
book, book chapter, conference paper)
- the possibility to create a record without appending a full text document
(I don't like this feature myself because it diminish the repository to a
bibliography tool, but it was asked for by some departments).
For the record screen in the user interface, the students created a pop-up
screen with bibliographic citation and a tagged filed output.

(this is only our test server). If you want to have a look at the submission
procedure use as login: test and as password: testing.
I will make the program files available as soon as they will be documented.
