refbase - Web Reference Database

Hello All,

Is there a method to encode the month/day of publications in the
existing fields such that the sort takes this into account?  I seem to
have multiple articles in the same year, which when ordered according
to the year do not show the "latest" (month-wise) up at top ...

Some people have subverted other fields (esp. volume/issue) to achieve this (esp. for resources that don't have volume information). You can also potentially sort by the serial number (with the assumption that you're roughly adding articles as they are available, so that the newest articles would have the greatest serial). --Rick
