A new build of PeerGuardian
Lite<http://methlabs.org/projects/peerguardian-lite/>is out!
Changes:
- Only launch if admin=20
- Detect if other PGLite instances are open under different user=20
names.=20
- Now using list code based on PG2 Beta 6 - can load P2P and P2B=20
formats.=20
