Lars,
1.2.4b is the latest stable release. The "b" is because we repackaged
1.2.4 with a fixed French translation; the executable is the same as in
1.2.4rc5.
1.3.0 is the beta version - about 20% of it is likely untranslated, but
we aren't asking for translations because so much of it is in flux right
now.
1.2.4 is supposed to be working fine and the translation is supposed to
work; I'm sorry if it isn't, though I'm not sure why since you
translated all of the strings.
If you have 1.2.4rc5, though, please update to 1.2.4b, just in case that
fixes it.
