Automatically the same behavior, without the Writer writer (no pun

Yeah, but I don't really care as long as it validates and as there is no
practical reason to change it.

I don't want to flood Docutils-checkins with long useless mails and I
don't want to have to sync changes from the trunk to the branch. And
since I'm only adding files, it's easier to symlink them into the tree
and use my local repository to keep track of changes.
And after all, the use of the half-completed writer is rather low as
long as it isn't at least roughly documented.
I'll probably upload it Tuesday or Wednesday.
