Okey, the positive news is that we are able to detect connection drops. :=
I'm surprised that Exchange cannot handle it. What we do is valid and
every IMAP 4 Rev 1 server must handle it. Probably we cause a buffer
overrun on Exchange.
In the mean time you can make it work again by switching the unseen/total
notification to INBOX only instead of All boxes.
Next week I will investigate if we can make pipelined responses optional.
(I already have an idea how todo that and it's probably easy).
