That's not a general solution, though: / is writable to users of group
"admin" on OS X, which is probably who is building SBCL. The "right"
solution is to do a sequence of tests which make a directory in /tmp,
chmod 000 it, attempt to make a directory inside of the original, and
delete the directory.
