I have not worked on PyDictionary since I submitted my last patch. Clark Updike
requested a completed unit test similar to PyList's but I have not had time to work
on this further. It works like the python dict now although there were requested
enhancements to it that are TBD. AFAIK the only thing left is to do the unit test
then it should get checked in.
