I would not worry too much about :sb-fluid -- add #!-sb-fluid to
things you think someone might reasonably want to redefine while
hacking on SBCL without having to recompile a gazillion callers.
...but I don't know if anyone is actually using fluid builds, even.
Personally I prefer to retain the current DECLAIM INLINE style.
