Thanks for the report. I have reason to believe that this is the same win32 issue
as has been discussed on the list on a few occasions.
Good news is that in my view the bug is a show-stopper on Windows, and hence
something of a prioriry.
Bad news is that it has been proved elusive so far, but hopefully I have some
time to devote to hunting it again next week.
