You don't make it clear if you need to *view* HTML-formated emails in
SquirrelMail (sent from another client), OR if you want to *send*
HTML-formatted emails from SquirrelMail.
To view them, you can go to Options->Display Preferences and enable
"Show HTML Version by Default" or you can install the "View As HTML"
plugin to have a link on the message view screen to switch between
plain text and HTML views.
To send HTML formatted emails, you need the "HTML Mail" plugin.
