Ditto. I used the Sakoman images but, without the mailing list (the
inverted SD card presence patch), I would have assumed the board was
broken. The current layout is way way better than before. I would also
like to see a console dev image linked to from there. I know it's
there but newbies to the site will not.
With my QA hat on, it's hard to design documents/sites/help when you
are totally familiar with a system (been there, done that!). You
practically need to drag someone off the street :-)

It's not half as bad if there's a BSP or a highly minimal set of
instructions: "Pull this kernel. apt-get install this gcc distro. Type
these make commands. Done". I'll do that myself in the user-editable
wiki when I get to that stage.
