Combining both CEDET code completion and xterm-mouse-mode while in
terminal mode causes Emacs to crash with the error: "Fatal error 6:

To cause this crash you must open a C++ file in TERMINAL MODE (emacs
-nw) where the major mode is in C++. Then click with the RIGHT mouse
button. The crash does NOT occur if you simply create a new buffer and
switch it to C++ major mode; you MUST open a file.
I experience this crash using Emacs 24.3.2 but NOT in 23.1.1. In 23.1.1
the minibuffer reports the following error:
"X windows are not in use or not initialized"
It seems to be caused by CEDET trying to create its pop-up context menu
to give advice on the current context but X being unavailable.
I still experience this crash when explicitly disabling [down-mouse-2].
Please advise how to work around this issue.
