Quite Universal Circuit Simulator

Hi,

the attached patch fixes the usage of 'qucs <filename>' on the command
line. At least with Qt 3.3.8 from ubuntu the uriToLocalFile() converts a
relative filename like "demo.sch" to "/demo.sch".

I also have a question: is it possible to add probes in subcircuits and
include the data from this probes in the result set? I expected to see
something like SUB1.Pr1.Vt but unfortunately it was not that simple..
