Xitami seems like a good solution -- its only drawbacks are that nobody's
tried to use Webware with it, and you won't be able to get faster
performance using mod_webkit. Apache does work fine on Win98, so if you
want to stick with a proven solution, go with Apache.
I hope you're only planning on using Win98 for development purposes. It's
way too unstable to be used as a server, and its socket implementation
seems very poor so you will get lousy performance.
