How UNIX-centric of me! Thank you very much for pointing this out, though.
Perhaps someone should prepare a portability checklist to help developers with
these kinds of issues - I bet Chuck has done one already...

You mean XMLTypes? What about ElementTypes? That particular module could even
be removed, albeit with some modifications to other source files - I think it
just defines interfaces.
