Webware for Python

It was NOT py2exe which caused this troubles or at least only in a indirect
way (Gordon's installer would have done that too, probably), it was ME: I
deleted WebKit.py after creating WebKit.exe BUT FORGOT TO DELETE WEBKIT.PYC!

So for stupid guys like me you should add the line "Delete WebKit.py AND
WebKit.pyc after creating the exe file" to the install guide...

WebWare now works and I am pretty excited to dive into it!

I added: "After creating the .exe file, delete WebKit.pyc and rename WebKit.py to _WebKit.py. This will avoid conflicts with the .exe."
