my answer is very 'un-MOTION-al'.
If you have admin rights on your pc at work, you could try to connect an ssh
client to your home machine. They may block port 22 (ssh) as well, but just
try different ports (e.g. 8080, 8088). You just have to configure your ssh
daemon at home to listen to these ports in addition.
When you have managed to set up an ssh connection, you can forward a specific
tcp port through this channel to your home machine. In order to access the
webcan, you can simly point your browser to 127.0.0.1:8081 and the tunnel
will forward the traffic to the actual destination.
The success of this attempt is very much depending on the firewall. Somer very
smart types may recognize the shh tunnel and simply block it, even when you
try use to port 80.
