Years ago I was able to built widelands from source and I felt fine (and
they were far more recent than the deb package). Now I just want to see
if I can built widelands trunk to test some post-b16 features.
The b16 package is fine and does work for me, but it does not include
latest changes like ships.
And no, I do not want to improve or anything, I just want to built the
source for my personal usage of playing widelands trunk.

Only a newer pacakge with trunk from time to time ;-)
I know it is far from being easy to get a new package into debian FTP.
Thats why I try to built myself.
But I thank you/the team for a b16 package! It does work flawless.

thats what I want to try next, with time.
But on first try I think it should work with the plain method provided
And yeah, I know, I hosed my system with version mismatch and other
problems. Thats whats make it interesting, someehow.
