I think it is the "/" char in the device description, but try removing
all the non-file path chars from the device description.
This s/b fixed in the next libusb-win32 release which is due to release
next week (7/18).

It is the first interface number for a composite device interface set.
It is never required, but automatically populated based on the device
element selected; generally users would never change it.

lol.. I had this same problem; it turned out to be the
aforementioned. I can say with certainty that if you click next, the
screen flashes, and nothing happens, it is a bug! ..not something your
doing wrong. ;)
