Hi,

I don't recall the state of cscope support in Emacs 23.3, but if you 
look in cedet.info, there is a cscope section that will be accurate for 
whichever version of CEDET you are using.

I did notice that in CEDET/bzr, it says that semanticdb support is not 
implemented yet, and then describes how to use it.  I'll fix the doc 
since that should work.
