pkgadd on Solaris doesn't like to upgrade webmin for some reason.
Install the tarfile and then you can upgrade from within webmin itself just by selecting the option.
The upgrade via the webmin tool fails. I get the following error running the
pkgadd from command line.
Current administration requires that a unique instance of the
<WSwebmin> package be created. However, the maximum number of
instances of the package which may be supported at one time on the
same system has already been met.
