The camera is accessible via PTP and mounts as:
Nikon Corp. NIKON DSC COOLPIX P6000-PTP
and I have gphoto -P working with this config (after dismounting the
camera via PTP):

gphoto2 2.4.0 gcc, popt(m), exif, cdk, no aa, jpeg,
libgphoto2 2.4.2 gcc, ltdl, EXIF
