Small update. I ported the missing installer plugins to Unicode, so
we're now actually using the slightly experimental unicode version of
NSIS. This means your language files should be UTF8, or, ideally,
UTF16LE. I've updated those translations I've already gotten; you don't
need to resubmit them :)
